Looks good. It’s a lot of sweetcorn but I like sweetcorn.
Myself, I was very unhealthy.
Think mushroom pizza but with thin steaks as pizza bases.

I made pork chops with onions and applesauce in a Dutch oven. Turned out pretty well.

Mmm. I do salmon over green beans pretty regularly. One of the only healthy meals I think is delicious.

I had a tenderloin steak but forgot to thaw it. I toasted some sourdough, put on some honey mustard & fried onions, cut the steak into 1/2cm thick strips, tossed it in some salt & pepper, 30 seconds/side in a hot cast iron, then put the steak on the sour dough. It was amazing, I found my new favourite sub 5 minute meal.

I’m not a fish person but that looks decent. Which is high praise coming from me.
I had semi-homeade chicken stir fry.
